What You'll Bring: Proven ability to scrub liver recipient transplants independentlylast scrub experience within the past year preferred Minimum of 2 years of circulating and scrub experience in high-volume surgical settings Expertise in large open belly cases, including General, Urology, Thoracic, Gynecology, Plastics, Whipple procedures, Liver Resection, and Free Flap surgeries Strong aseptic technique and proficiency with surgical equipment Experience with DaVinci XI robotic system is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a busy OR environment, managing an average of 35 cases per day Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart: Familiarity with transplant procedures, specifically liver transplants Versatility across multiple surgical disciplines Excellent teamwork and communication skills Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Surgical Technologist (CBSTS) certification At least 2 years of hands-on surgical tech experience in similar specialties Other Requirements: Valid BCLS certification Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm Availability for 40-60 hours of call per 6-week schedule, including holidays Additional certifications or experience with advanced surgical equipment is advantageous Elevate your surgical career with a competitive hourly rate of $50.69, comprehensive benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
