The major focus of the position is on the preparation and handling of physiological monitors, maintenance of gas machines and anesthesia cart supplies, as well as room set-up and cleaning between procedures. The technician applies knowledge of growth and development and administers care and use of equipment applicable to the age and needs of the patient population served.
