Unlicensed Electrocardiogram Technician who assists the physicians in performing routine and emergency diagnostic cardiology procedures on adult patients to include electrocardiograms, rhythm strips, stress testing, nuclear stress testing, stress portion of stress echocardiograms, Holter application and signal average ECG. The technician processes paperwork for each procedure, assists in establishing new procedures and maintaining current procedures for the Cardiology Department.

QualificationsEducation/Training/Experience
Completion of formal training program in cardiovascular training or 1 year experience in performing specific cardiac testing preferred.
Completion of basic arrhythmia class.
Licenses/Certifications
Current BLS-HCP required.
