Supv, Anesthesia Technicians

The Supervisor of Anesthesia Technicians is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and daily support of the team within the perioperative environment. This role serves as a key liaison between the anesthesia technician staff, anesthesia providers, and the Perioperative Medical Director to ensure efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and readiness of anesthesia equipment and supplies.

The Supervisor combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including staff onboarding, education, scheduling, and administrative coordination. This position also supports daily operations by providing hands-on technical assistance during high-volume periods and ensuring that anesthesia equipment and supplies are maintained and readily available.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Five (5) years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician in a surgical or perioperative setting. (Required)

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
• ASATT Certification (Preferred)
