Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Technician to join our team:

Perform diagnostic tests and procedures under the supervision of medical professionals

Operate and maintain medical equipment

Collect and label samples for laboratory analysis

Record and interpret test results accurately

Assist with patient care and preparation for medical procedures

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Manage and organize medical supplies and inventory

Participate in training and continuing education to stay current with medical technology

Provide support during medical emergencies

Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients

Maintain meticulous records and documentation

Conduct quality control checks on equipment and procedures

Certification from a recognized Medical Technician program

Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Specialized training in specific types of diagnostic equipment

Strong computer skills, including the use of medical software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Bilingual or multilingual abilities

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited Medical Technician training program

Valid certification or licensure, where required

Basic life support (BLS) certification

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in operating medical equipment

Good physical stamina and dexterity

Ability to follow detailed instructions

Strong organizational skills

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
