40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Trainee to join our Central Services team. Behind every successful procedure is a team ensuring equipment is safe, sterile, and ready. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you play a vital role in protecting patients and supporting clinical teams.
What Youll Do (Training Included!)Through paid, on-the-job training , youll learn how to:
- Decontaminate and clean medical instruments
- Perform sterilization processes
- Assemble and package surgical instruments
- Manage storage and distribution of supplies and equipment
Youll also gain exposure to:
- Infection prevention protocols
- Quality and safety standards
- The full sterile processing lifecycle

Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Hours: Monday Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Location: La Crosse, WI
- Pay: $16.20/hour

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete a sterile processing cohort or training program within 6 months of hire
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
