Assist the surgical team in the scrub position during operations. Maintain sterile technique and ensure safe handling of sharps and instruments. Efficiently facilitate room turnover between cases. Perform surgical counts and assist with handling solutions and pharmacological agents under registered nurse direction. Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence in patient care. Required Qualifications: NBSTSA Certification, or a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Surgical Technician. At least 2 years of recent experience working in a cardiac OR. Proficient in both scrubbing and circulating roles. Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
