CVOR Surgical Technologist Full-Time Permanent - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $51,041 – $70,557/year (Without National Certification)
• $56,241 – $77,707/year (With National Certification)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Salary negotiable based on CVOR experience

• Primarily Day Shift
• 4x10-hour shifts per week
• On-call rotation required

Seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care across all age groups.

• Perform scrub duties for cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to OR protocols
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
• Support patient care across all age populations
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program (required for post-2009 graduates)
• Minimum 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience
• Required: CVOR (Cardiovascular OR) experience

One of the following required:

• CST (NBSTSA)
• TS-C (NCCT)
• AST

Additional requirement:

• BCLS Certification

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently within established protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Computer proficiency
