Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial cardiac data.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent radiologic technologist state licensure required.
• Rad Tech State Licensure required for Indiana.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required. ACLS preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a Cath Lab Technician in a hospital Cath Lab setting required.
• Experience with cardiac cath lab equipment and invasive cardiac procedures.
• Ability to complete facility orientation and competency modules, including EPIC/Cupid.
• Willingness to participate in on-call, call coverage, and holiday coverage as required.
• May be required to float to a nearby Munster Cath Lab.

Preferred Qualifications

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) from CCI preferred.
• Team-oriented communication style preferred.
• Prior experience supporting emergent cardiac cases preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Shift Hours: 0700-1730 or options listed in facility profile include 8:0016:30 or 10-hour days 07:0017:30, 4 days per week.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
• On-call and call/holiday coverage required.
• Orientation required, including EPIC/Cupid training. Report to facility front entrance on first day for parking and check-in instructions.

You will work within a unit that typically maintains a 1:1 patient ratio in a two-bed cath lab environment.
