Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Special Requests:- Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility was a teaching facility.- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.- At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job.- Must disclose any previous Sanford Health employment in the submission.- Previous Sanford Health employees must have ended employment at least 6 months before submission.- Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.- Must disclose previous employment on the resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details:- Perform diagnostic sleep testing including all PAP therapy titration; checking in patients, setting up rooms, patient hookup, charting, and cleaning equipment.- Employee will not work alone.- Natus XLTech Sleep Works and ResMed S9 Devices are used on the unit.- Located in the lower level of an off-campus clinic; hospital outpatient department with a secured entrance.

Shift & Scheduling:- Sunday-Thursday; shifts will not always be consecutive and may be split shifts (not three in a row).- Call is not required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Drivers license required for submission
