Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team supporting active-duty military members, veterans, and their families. What You'll Do

Collect, process, and prepare patient specimens with precision and care

Perform laboratory testing across multiple disciplines, including:

Microbiology

Chemistry

Hematology

Coagulation

Urinalysis

Immunohematology

Serology

Accurately verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation

Enter and manage lab orders within the Composite Health Care System

Educate patients on proper specimen collection procedures

Support overall lab operations and maintain quality standards

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program (NAACLS or ABHES)

Certification as an MLT (ASCP, NCA, or AMT) or state licensure

BLS certification through the American Heart Association (current)

2+ years of experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
