In this essential position, youll ensure th medical instruments and equipment are cleaned, prepared, and sterilized to the highest standardssupporting caregivers and improving outcomes across our community.

• Educion : High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience : One year of experience in a hospital Sterile Reprocessing Department, preferred.
• Licensure/Certificion: Sterile processing tech certificion, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validion and competencytesting. Demonstres knowledge of instrumention and sterile/aseptic technique. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions to assemble instrument sets and trays. Ability to learn and understand medical terminology.

• Decontamine, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Prepare and package instrument trays to meet the needs of surgical teams and pient care units
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
• Collabore closely with clinical staff to ensure timely and accure delivery of supplies
• Monitor and document sterilizion processes to ensure compliance and quality
