West Boca Medical Center and Delray Beach Medical Center, in collaboration with Tenet Healthcare, are seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our growing anesthesia team in beautiful South Florida.

ResponsibilitiesWest Boca Medical Center
- 195-bed acute care hospital
- Advanced surgical services including orthopedics, spine, general surgery, GI, OB/GYN, and robotics
- Collegial team culture with strong physician and administrative support
Delray Beach Medical Center
- 536-bed tertiary care facility
- High-acuity cases including cardiovascular, neuro, trauma, and comprehensive surgical services
- Teaching opportunities and diverse case mix
CAAs work in a medically directed anesthesia care team model alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of anesthesia care plans
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations
- Administer and maintain anesthesia under anesthesiologist direction
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively
- Participate in patient safety and quality initiatives
- Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
- NCCAA certification required
- Eligible for Florida licensure
- BLS and ACLS certification
