Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week (4x10s)
- Rotating on-call responsibilities
- Must be open to working at least 2 of the 3 winter holidays if needed
Required Qualifications and Certifications:
- Current RCIS or ARRT credential (If ARRT, New York State license required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of OB experience strongly preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory under the direction of attending physicians and in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians operating the X-ray equipment to ensure safe and effective patient imaging
- Support patient care throughout procedures by monitoring vital signs, preparing necessary equipment and maintaining a safe, sterile environment
- Handle emergency situations confidently and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to accurate documentation and tracking of procedural outcomes
Preferred Experience:
- Three or more years providing care in an obstetric setting, with demonstrated proficiency in fetal monitoring
