Locations: Wellsboro, Williamsport, and UPMC Cole / Coudersport
Shifts: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

As a UPMC Paramedic, youll play a critical role in delivering high-quality emergency care in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing basic and advanced life support in pre-hospital and emergency settings
• Communicating effectively with Medical Command and interdisciplinary care teams
• Performing emergency assessments, diagnostics, and treatments
• Supporting the education and development of student paramedics
• Participating in community education and outreach initiatives
• Ensuring readiness through proper maintenance of equipment and vehicles
• Accurately documenting patient care while maintaining confidentiality
• Promoting safety, wellness, and professionalism for patients and colleagues

• A strong commitment to patient care and community service
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, unpredictable situations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
• Dedication to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning
