Responsibilities
  • Assist in electrophysiology studies, catheter ablations, and pacemaker/ICD implantations.
  • Operate and maintain EP lab equipment, including mapping and ablation systems.
  • Monitor and record patient vitals and electrocardiographic data during procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for EP procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the EP lab.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses.
  • Follow infection control, radiation safety, and sterile field protocols.
  • Travel to assigned healthcare facilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Electrophysiology, or a related field.
  • Certification: Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an EP lab or cardiovascular setting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology, excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments and relocate as needed.
