Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:
Current NYS registration as a registered professional nurse.

Knowledge Skills, Education & Experience Required:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Power Point,
Workday, and Excel.
Effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, strong
organizational skills.
Self-direction, creativity, initiative to develop/enhance educational programs.
Leadership ability and working knowledge of leadership principles and management
skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification required.
Advanced Life Support Provider Certification required.
Responsibilities for the Director of Critical Care include:
Directing human & fiscal resources for the ER
Providing clinical leadership & oversight for the ER
Developing & implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Required Skills.
Emergency Room experience required.
Nurse Educator experience strongly preferred.
Leadership /Management experience strongly preferred.
Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Bachelors degree in Nursing required.
Masters degree in nursing strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000
Day Shift; 8am-4:30p
