Description Your Role

• Conduct a variety of fundamental and advanced clinical laboratory testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established guidelines.
• Verify results for precision, address inconsistencies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory devices.
• Assist with specimen collection and properly prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, participate in training sessions for new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while adhering to relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, complimentary with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within a year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
