Job Responsibilities What Youll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot inaccuracies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as deemed necessary.

• Ensure a safe, clean work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a corresponding allied health degree, is required; ASCP/AMT certification preparation is preferred.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continued certification maintenance throughout employment is mandatory.
