Your Role What Awaits You

• Conduct a variety of routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Review test results meticulously for accuracy, identify issues, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Meticulously document procedures, mentor new team members, and champion lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education & Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Licensing

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
