Description Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols with precision.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, identify and troubleshoot errors, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as neededyour role is integral in the process.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new staff or interns, and help maintain lab quality assurance standards.
• Foster a clean and secure work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your current certification throughout your tenure with us.
