• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare them meticulously for testing as necessary.
• Document each procedure diligently, instruct new team members or students, and uphold the labs quality standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Mandates

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification throughout your tenure with us.
