Description Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory testssuch as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot errors, and ensure that laboratory instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples accordingly for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training for new team members or students, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your time with us.
