Description Your Role

• Conduct both standard and specialized clinical laboratory testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, among othersaligned with established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure laboratory instruments undergo regular maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, contribute to training sessions for new staff or students, and uphold high standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a sanitized, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within a year of your start date.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment.
