Description Your Role

• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing when needed.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, mentor new personnel or students, and uphold lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science obtained within one year of employment.
