Medical Technologist Location: Corunna, MI Schedule: 3rd Shift | 7-on, 7-off Rotation | 10-Hour Shifts

Job Summary: A well-established clinical laboratory near Corunna, MI is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join its team on the night shift. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded technologist with a strong background in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Hematology . The role follows a 7-on, 7-off schedule with 10-hour shifts, offering a strong work-life balance and consistent time off.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex testing across multiple laboratory departments: Blood Bank, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Hematology

• Operate and maintain a wide variety of laboratory instrumentation

• Accurately analyze and report test results in a timely manner

• Follow strict quality control, safety, and regulatory protocols

• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and testing processes

• Collaborate with clinical and laboratory staff to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field

• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred

• Strong hands-on experience across multiple lab areas, especially in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Micro, and Hematology

• Ability to work independently on the night shift

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
