What You'll Do The Experience Awaits

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory analysescovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established procedures.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot any issues, and perform vital preventative maintenance on laboratory instruments.
• Engage in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as needed, serving as a crucial link in the diagnostic process.
• Thoroughly document procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and help maintain the highest quality standards within the laboratory.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to essential regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
