Location: Dallas, Texas

Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Full Time/Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

  • Working closely with Research and laboratory staff, ensure that all studies are conducted in accordance with regulatory and protocol requirements, to ensure the integrity of the study.
  • Perform filing, retrieval, and delivery of laboratory slides and blocks.
  • Prepare slides for digital imaging on various platforms.
  • Assist with preparing collection kits and shipments.
  • Be familiar with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Protection of Human Subjects regulations (21 CFR Part 50), and Institutional Review Board regulations (21 CFR Part 56).
  • Ensure strict adherence to research protocols.
  • Adhere to all quality control/quality assurance policies as outlined in study protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain compliance with company and department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, client and/or company records and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, co-workers, and clients to provide quality customer service.
  • Maintain professional appearance through adherence to company approved dress code.
  • Work effectively within a team-oriented department and company.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned/needed.

All you need is:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, centrifuges, and audible alarms.

  • 1 - 2 years of related experience in clinical laboratory, data entry, or production
