Responsibilities
- Perform medical laboratory testing on patient samples.
- Execute routine and complex technical procedures in the laboratory information system.
- Conduct phlebotomy, specimen collection, and processing of patient samples.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory machines.
- Maintain documentation and comply with regulations.
- Communicate test results to parents occasionally.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience.
- Knowledge of laboratory, medical, chemistry, and biology procedures.
- Experience in medical laboratory operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associates in Medical Laboratory Technology or Bachelors in Medical Lab Science.
- Regular Science Degrees must have 1 year of lab experience.
- Bench laboratory experience.
- Comfortable performing phlebotomy on children.
