_We're seeking a detail-oriented Microbiology Lab Technician to support microbiological testing in a fast-paced lab setting. No lab experience is requiredtraining provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-class global food safety and quality partner that offers services to the food and nutrition industry!_

**Location:** Columbus, OH

**Pay:** $18.50/hr + required overtime

**Schedule:** MonFri or TuesSat | 10:00/11:00 AM 7:30/8:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare and process samples for microbiological testing

+ Pour agar, pipette solutions, and record findings

+ Incubate and analyze sample growth on plates/tubes

+ Perform tests including pathogen, pH, and food safety analyses

+ Maintain cleanliness, sterilize equipment, and follow safety protocols

+ Accurately enter data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

**Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ No lab experience is requiredtraining provided.

+ At least 1 year in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, production, warehousing, food handling, food service, retail, or similar settings
