**Warren Oil Company has an immediate need for a Lab Tech for our West
Memphis, AR plant.**

The Lab Tech is responsible for conducting chemical and physical
laboratory tests to ensure that products meet design specifications.
**Lab Technician Duties:**
- Conduct laboratory tests per ASTM
- Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Maintain digital records per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Ensure quality both inside and outside of the lab of products
- Comply with safety and quality procedures while completing tasks in
a timely fashion
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the company by
implementing, maintaining, and following relevant procedures,
documents, and training required for effective functioning of the
corporate ISO systems

**Lab Technician Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a manufacturing
environment, or equivalent education and experience. May have BA or
BS in Chemistry or science-related field.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and
work orders.
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel (for data entry)
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed,
written and oral instructions.
