We're looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee hospital laboratory services, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage day-to-day technical operations, support strategic planning, and guide a high-performing team in delivering accurate, timely diagnostic testing. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and physicians to advance quality care and system-wide standardization. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and evaluate all clinical lab operations and staff Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, etc.) Oversee budgeting, staffing, equipment selection, and supply chain management Resolve complex technical and quality issues; act as a technical advisor Partner with system lab leadership to promote consistency and efficiency across departments Requirements: Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field (required) MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification (required) 3+ years of progressive lab management in an acute care setting Strong collaboration skills with physicians, administrators, and care teams Master's degree in Medical Technology, Business, or Healthcare Admin (preferred) Life in Saginaw, Michigan:
