Responsibilities
  • Assist in cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology procedures.
  • Operate and maintain imaging and hemodynamic?monitoring equipment.
  • Prepare patients and maintain a sterile field, adhering to strict infection?control protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report abnormalities to the medical team promptly.
  • Document procedures, patient responses, and imaging data accurately in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and radiology staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and contribute positively to each healthcare team.
Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or related field.
  • Current ARRT (R) or RCIS certification preferred (state licensure where applicable).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory.
  • Proficiency in fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, and catheter?based interventions.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high?stress, fast?paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, critical?thinking, and patient?care skills.
  • Willingness and ability to accept travel assignments across multiple facilities.
