Job Title: MLT Job Location: Columbus, OH 43213 Job Type: Traveler - 13 weeks Job Duties: * Collect and prepare patient samples, such as blood, urine, or tissue, for analysis. * Perform laboratory tests and procedures to diagnose and treat diseases. * Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. * Accurately interpret and report test results to physicians and healthcare providers. * Follow strict protocols for sample handling, processing, and contamination prevention. * Adhere to safety and infection control procedures to maintain a safe work environment. * Maintain detailed records of tests performed, results, and quality control measures. * Develop and validate new testing methods and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues. * Communicate test results and findings effectively with medical staff. * Engage in continuous education to stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and techniques.
