Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides limited chronic Hemodialysis treatment for the End stage renal disease (ESRD) patient.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, GED Required.
• Minimum of two-years dialysis experience preferred.
• Current Dialysis Technician Certification in Maryland (CNA-DT) and National Certification program by a national commercially available certification program required per these guidelines:
  • Demonstrated completions of all applicable state requirements for education training, credentialing, competency, standard of practice, certification, and licensure in the state employed as a dialysis technician required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Basic computer skills preferred and proficiency in all required computer systems of LifeBridge Health including but not limited to Clarity/Visonex, EzAccess, and Health stream etc. within 90 days of hire required.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of dialysis experience
• Healthcare experience in free standing or hospital base unit
