Nuclear Med Tech Student, PRN

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Performs diagnostic Nuclear Medicine procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Currently enrolled in an accredited JRCNMT nuclear medicine program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2nd year student

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS Certified
Possesses a thorough knowledge of radiation safety guidelines and radiopharmaceuticals as needed to perform and process Nuclear Medicine examinations.
