Job Title Laboratory Technician

Location Naopleon, Oh

2 positions available, one on 2nd shift and one on 3rd shift

2nd shift: 3pm -11:30pm 7% shift differential

3rd shift: 11 pm - 7:30am 10% shift differential

Job Summary

Under the direction of the lab manager, this postion is responsible for sample collection, microbiological analysis, quality control testing of in-process and finished product, and other general laboratory tasks are required.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze samples to help with the plant's cleaning extension project

Work in the blending lab testing product against specification and follow up QA when product is out of specification

Provide support to operations in respect to laboratory testing

Working Conditions

Position will work both in the laboratory(handling chemical and glassware) and the plant floor(loud noisy environment, hot temperatures, etc.)

Weekend work required
