This opportunity is:

Location: Straub Benioff Medical Center, Honolulu, HI

Schedule: Full-time

Days may vary

Pay: 26.74 to 28.34 Depending on Experience

In this role, you will:

• Able to perform all the essential job duties of a Lab Assistant Supervisor as well as assume direct supervisory duties over personnel and all resources within the lab and/or specific section.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experienced Phlebotomist
• Minimum three (3) years experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferably in a primary role as a laboratory assistant.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms
