We are looking for dedicated Paramedics to join our Medical Response Team in Rayville, LA. This full-time, first-shift position will have you as part of a dynamic team, providing quick and professional responses to workplace injuries and medical incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
First Response to Incidents: Serve as the first response to all injuries, illnesses, or medical incidents on-site, providing immediate care.
Quick Response Bag: Keep a quick response bag readily available (within arms reach) for first-aid treatment at all times.
Incident Triage: Assess and triage incidents, providing first aid as needed or referring employees to the medical facility for further evaluation.
Escorting Injured Employees: Escort employees to an Occupational Health Clinic or Emergency Room if necessary.
Follow-Up Care: Ensure that all restrictions related to injured workers are being met, providing appropriate follow-up support.
Incident Logging: Maintain a detailed log of all incidents and injuries on the project to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Paramedic Certification with an active state license
Proven experience in emergency medical response and first aid
Ability to remain calm and make decisions quickly in emergency situations
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and medical teams
Organizational skills to maintain accurate logs of incidents
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Work Schedule:
Full-time, First Shift position
Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility based on site needs
