MLee Healthcare seeks an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to become a part of our dedicated team at a respected hospital located about an hour from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the ideal candidate!

Compensation:

• Starting at $23.25 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $35.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

• 7 on, 7 off with 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Medical Laboratory Technician operates specialized equipment to conduct accurate sample analysis.
• The Medical Laboratory Technician maintains high standards of quality control.
• The Medical Laboratory Technician performs thorough testing on patient samples with expert precision.

Requirements:

• Certification from the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
• Bachelors or Associate Degree in a relevant field.
• Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
