Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests in areas such as hematology , chemistry , microbiology , blood bank , and more.
• Analyze and interpret test results to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring test accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to deliver timely, precise results.
• Follow strict safety and quality control standards.
• Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of laboratory science.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Certification: ASCP certification as MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) .
• Prior experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex testing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
