Job Title: Polysomnographic Technician Company: Location: Detroit, MI Description: Under medical supervision, applies recording devices to patient, and independently performs and evaluates overnight polysomnograms, operates medicalequipment and monitors polysomnograms. Administers oxygen, bi-level airway pressure, continuous positive airway pressure, and employs ventilator assist devices in accordance with established protocols. Performs special proceduressuch as sleep latency testing, nocturnal penile tumescence, infant/pediatric polysomnography, ambulatory monitoring and patient education.
