Job Title: Technologist, Medical Company: Saint Francis Hospital Location: Stillwater, OK Description: Job Details: Currently Saint Francis Hospital is looking for a qualified Medical Technician to assist with the Warren Clinic Laboratory in Stillwater, Oklahoma . The successful candidate must: Performs testing according to established procedures. Receives and processes specimens, components and/or requisitions. Reports accurate test results. Performs quality control, equipment maintenance and instrument calibration defined Conducts oneself in a professional manner. Functions as a float in more than one laboratory department (if applicable). This position normally requires: Adequate keyboarding skills to use the computer efficiently. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively exercise independent judgment in planning the sequence of Operations and making minor decisions in a complex, technical, or professional field. Ability to organize work in an effective and efficient manner Ability to be detail oriented in the examination of clinical and numerical data. Education: Must have Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or related biological/chemical field.
