The manager’s responsibility is the day-to-day technical, scientific and administrative management of the operation and personnel of the department. We are looking for an individual with very strong technical background, knowledge of good laboratory practices and regulatory requirements, strong general management skills (planning, organization, project management, training, people skills, etc), strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. 10 years experience as Medical Technologist, and another 5 years managerial experience. Location: Bound Brook, NJ Description: Support Services Supervisor / Lab Supervisor position & Phlebotomist Supervisor and Manager positions Register to View Manager of Phlebotomists: Manage 50 medical lab sites with over 200 phlebotomist staff members. Requires 6-7 years of experience in management and 10+ years as a phlebotomist. Able to multi-task. Company car. Phlebotomist Supervisor: Supervise 20+ phlebotomists at several labs in Central NJ. Must have 3+ years of phlebotomy experience and 3+ years supervising phlebotomists. Must have excellent communications, writing skills, and motivational skills. Set expectations, train and manage staff. Requires even-tempered personality. Field position.
