Job Title: EEG Technician Company: Elliot Hospital Location: Manchester, NH Description: EEG Technician Department: Neurophysiology/EEG Schedule: Variable Shift: As needed Hours: Per Diem Job Summary: Performs standard EEG recordings and evoked potentials as ordered by physicians. Performs standard inpatient and outpatient electroencephalographic procedures for patients as ordered by the physician: prepares patient and explains procedures, applies suitable electrodes on predetermined measured position on the patient's head and checks patient's performance, calibrates and adjusts the EEG apparatus in accordance with standard procedures. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree in Clinical Neurophysiology preferred. Experience: Experience in a hospital setting preferred. Licensure/Certification: Registered EEG Technician preferred. CPR Certification Bi-Annually.
