We are currently seeking a reliable Phlebotomist to join our team in Shrewsbury, NJ. Phlebotomist As the Phlebotomist you will prepare and perform phlebotomies using an aseptic technique according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure proper care of donors during the entire procedure, and assist with emergency medical care. In addition, you will perform standard controls and record results, perform hemo and temp according to SOPs, and strip and weigh blood units when required. You must be proficient in the use of blood center computer systems and the functions that are related to collections. You will also be required to complete the following duties and responsibilities: Register donors using laptop PCs on mobile drives and enter phlebotomy results into computer when assigned to fixed sites Ensure equipment and supplies used are maintained and cleaned Set up, break down and clean work area Restock supplies on mobile carts; restock fixed site donor rooms and refreshment area. Job Title: Surgical Technician Company: SterilMed Location: Boston, MA Description: SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for follow through of the SterilMed, Inc. reprocessing/repair program, agreed upon by the client and SterilMed. We are looking for a Medical Technologist/Tissue Banking Specialist. This is a full-time position with QA/QC, technical and administrative responsibilities including semen analysis, endocrinologic blood testing, sperm processing for intrauterine insemination, sperm cryopreservation and involvement with clinical research projects.
