Phlebotomist -
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Description:
Full Time (8am- 5pm) We are looking for a phlebotomist who draws blood from patients of all ages, verifies records, and prepares specimens for laboratory analysis. Main Duties: Maintains a clean and neat work area. Replaces used supplies as necessary from laboratory stock. Records and forwards to the data processing department billing information regarding lab test. Maintains accurate files of lab reports, records, and logs. Phlebotomists must be able to centrifuge specimens and separate and distribute samples to the appropriate work sites and / or send out locations. Requirements: Requires a high school diploma, California phlebotomy license (CPT1), 1+ years of related experience. Must have clean background report and pass drug testing. Physical Requirements: Repeated bending, walking, standing and driving. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, 401K and paid vacation, sick & holiday.
